Shipping Policy

 

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

 

Private customers can choose one of the following options;

 

  • 3-5 working day service        –           £6.95 + VAT
  • 1-2 working day service        –           £9.95 + VAT
  • Next working day service        –        £12.95 + VAT

 

Please note these timescales are working days and will not include weekends or Bank Holidays. These charges cover packaging & carriage irrespective of the amount spent. Additional charges will apply for heavier and bulkier orders and customers will be contacted directly for approval before despatch. Orders will be delivered by our nominated carrier to the address given on the order and it is common practice for orders to require a signature or evidence of delivery. Orders received by 5 p.m. are processed the same day.

 

Free Delivery on UK Orders over £300 (ex.VAT)

 

Trade customers will receive free next delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £300 (ex. VAT). An order under £100 will incur a handling charge of £6.99 (ex. VAT). Charges for international or remote locations (for example, Scottish Highlands and Islands) will always be incurred and the final amount will be determined upon receipt of order. Orders will be delivered by our nominated carrier to the address given on the order. Orders received by 5 p.m. are processed the same day for delivery the next working day.

 

CARRIERS

 

SeventyNine reserves the right to choose a logistics partner of their choice and this may vary from time to time. Currently this may vary between Collect Plus, DHL, UPS and Royal Mail.

 

DELAYS

Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure delivery within the above timescales, no guarantee can be given due circumstances beyond our control and no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage occasioned by delay however caused.

 

SHORTAGES

In the event of short delivery or damage, SeventyNine must be notified within 48 hours. Non-receipt of goods invoiced must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the date of delivery. SeventyNine cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

 

PO Boxes:

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General DeliveryP.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.

 

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

EU: £19.99 per 10kg will be levied regardless of amount spent dependent on which country the order is being delivered. And additional £4.99 per kg thereafter.

REST OF THE WORLD: £55 carriage per 10kg will be levied regardless of amount spent with an additional £9.99 per kg thereafter.

These amounts are for indication purposes only and in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to contact you for an additional carriage payment, for example if the parcel is large or heavy.

Credit will only be issued for returned stock received in a re-saleable condition.

 

CUSTOMS

If you are requesting delivery to a country outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. There may be some other forms required impacted by BREXIT. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local Customs Office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from SeventyNine you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
